KEN JOHNSON
Ken has made Campbell his family’s home for the past 38 years. Prior to joining the Chamber staff in 2018, Ken co-founded WAGIC, Inc. (What a Great Idea Company) with his brother, where he served as Vice President of Idea Development.
For more than 30 years, WAGIC’s commitment to innovation in every stage of the design process provided outstanding results for its clients and the firm’s own consumer product lines. Ken served as the company’s point man for creating, nurturing and developing new ideas and partnerships. He is also an inventor of many of WAGIC’s patented products. Ken was also the Principal of Innov8nation, a consultancy practice that trained and educated entrepreneurs in all aspects of starting and growing a business. He focused on the development of such skills as teambuilding, leadership, brand development, financial competency, design thinking, creativity, conflict resolution, time management, collaboration, public speaking, project management and more.
Passionate about baseball, Ken served as a varsity baseball coach for 21 seasons at Westmont and Branham High Schools and is currently a high school baseball umpire.
